1. Basic organization
(1) Plain stitch structure The structure of the knitted fabric is made up of continuous unit loops that are stringed together in one direction. As shown in the lower left figure, different appearances are formed on the front and back of the fabric. The organization has large horizontal extension, but it is easy to curl and fall off, and is widely used in outerwear and various types of socks.
(2) Rib weave is a double-sided weave, which is composed of a combination of front and back wales. Ribbed weaves with different names and performances are based on the number of wales arranged between the front and back coils. Ribbed weave has good elasticity, and is mostly used in various products and garment parts that require stretchability (such as the hem, cuffs and neckline of clothes, and stretch shirts, etc.).
(3) Double-reverse weave Double-reverse weave is also called "pearl knitting", as shown in the lower left figure, it is made up of front and back courses alternately arranged with each other. Different combinations can be used to form concave-convex stripes or patterns. The organization has the characteristics of vertical and horizontal extensibility and similar elasticity, and is mostly used in sweaters, sports shirts or children's clothing and other shaped products.
2. Change organization
The change organization is formed by arranging another or several wales of the basic organization between the adjacent wales of a basic organization, such as the commonly used double rib structure. Double rib weave, also known as double reverse weave, is composed of two rib weaves compounded with each other, forming a front loop with the same appearance on both the front and back of the fabric. Widely used in sportswear.
3. Pattern organization
Weft knitted fabrics have various patterns and organizations. They are formed by weaving loops of different structures on the basis of basic organization or change organization using various yarns according to a certain rule, such as pad structure, tuck structure, pineapple structure, corrugated structure, plush structure, lining warp lining Weft organization and so on. These organizations have been widely used in inner and outer clothing, towels, blankets, children's clothing and sportswear.
